I'm a teacher, technical editor, designer and writer, based in Toronto. My first book "Beyond Knit and Purl" has been praised for its fresh approach to teaching knitting. My latest book, "Pattern Writing for Knit Designers" has been called a "game-changer".
I'm Lead Technical Editor for Knitty. I'm known for my "small start" approach to teaching sock and mitten knitting.
I have opinions, mad math skills and an unfeasibly large stash of sock yarn.
